| If your laser system is difficult to transport; large, heavy, very delicate and/or consisting of several lasers (i.e. pump lasers and amplifier system) it is advisable to have one of our service specialists inspect the laser directly at your site. |

| In-house repair service |
| If your laser system or laser component can be shipped easily and safely it is usually recommended to send the product to our nearest service laboratory. Our specialized laser engineers then can perform the repair using the state of the art diagnostics equipment available there. This saves labor time, travel and accommodation costs. |

| Before shipping your product please contact us to receive a reference number for the return (RMA #) and define the required details. |
